All pricing listed is a starting point — final quotes depend on property size, location, number of deliverable formats, turnaround speed, and any specialized requirements like twilight sessions, luxury styling coordination, or multi-location production days. We do not charge hidden fees. Every quote includes a clear breakdown of what is included so there are no surprises at delivery.
For new clients, we offer 15% off your first booking — mention this when you reach out. Rush delivery (same day or next morning) is available at an additional fee when our schedule permits. Travel to properties outside the Los Angeles or Miami metro areas is quoted separately based on location and scope.

Large estate productions, multi-day brand campaigns, developer portfolio projects covering multiple properties, and commercial productions with extensive deliverables are all quoted individually based on scope. For monthly retainer clients, we build a custom retainer structure based on your business type, content goals, posting frequency, and market.

Do prices differ between Los Angeles and Miami?
Starting rates are consistent across both markets. Property size, session complexity, and deliverable scope drive pricing more than location. Miami productions occasionally carry a modest location premium for properties in very remote areas of Miami-Dade or Monroe counties. For most standard production needs in Brickell, Coral Gables, South Beach, and Miami Beach, pricing is equivalent to our Los Angeles rates.
